Membership Terms & Conditions |
| 1. |
Member should follow all terms and conditions of UA LOYALTY CLUB. |
| 2. |
Member must present valid membership card for any purchase at box office and concession counter in order to enjoy any privilege. Bonus points will not be rewarded after transaction completed. |
| 3. |
For membership registration or gift redemption, member should present HK identity card with date of birth and photo for verification. |
| 4. |
Membership card is not transferable. If evidence of misuse and abuse of privileges are found, UA Cinemas reserves the right to confiscate the card at any time without prior notice. The membership fee will not be refunded and all the bonus points accumulated will be invalidated. |
| 5. |
If the membership card is altered or seriously damaged, member would need to return the damaged card and pay $20 to reissue a new card. |
| 6. |
If member loss membership card, he/ she should report to UA Cinema immediately and reissue a new one. Administration fee will be HK$20. UA LOYALTY CLUB would not held responsible for any loss incurred by the lost of membership card. |
| 7. |
No membership refund will be provided for cancellation before expiry. |
| 8. |
Members should be bear full responsibility on the security of the personal account and password, and all transactions made in the membership. |

All UA Cinema staffs and relatives are not allowed to join UA LOYALTY CLUB; UA Cinemas reserves the right to terminate his/her employment once found. |

UA LOYALTY CLUB will send updated news on movie, benefits, services, offers and promotion message about our third party advertisers, including travel, banking & finance, beauty & cosmetics, property & shopping mall, entertainment, sports, music, gaming, transportation, automobile, household, fashion & clothing, dining, food, beverage, insurance, gambling, education, health products, medicine, arts and culture, environmental protection , charitable, books and magazine subscriptions, social networking, technology and e-commerce, mobile applications, mobile payment, cloud services, media and consumer products and services to members by emails. If you do not wish to receive these messages, please email to enquiry@uacc.com.hk to unsubscribe from our mailing list. |

UA Cinema Circuit Ltd. reserves the right of final decision to alter any terms and conditions without prior notice. |

If this English version of Terms and Conditions does not conform to the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
Bonus Points Scheme |
| 1. |
Members agree to be bound by all terms and conditions listed in this document as varied from time to time when participating in the Bonus Points Scheme. |
| 2. |
Bonus points will be accumulated for ticketing and concession item via the following channels. Service charges incurred will not be included.
◦UA ticket: box office, hotline, UA website and application.
◦UA concession: box office, hotline and UA website. |
| 3. |
No bonus point would be accumulated when using complimentary tickets or snack coupons. Bonus points would be based on the discounted amount if any discount coupon is used in the transaction. |
| 4. |
Bonus points are not transferable and/ or be exchanged for cash. |
| 5. |
Accumulated bonus points are valid for one year. Any expired point will be cancelled automatically and members will not be entitled to any form of compensation. Members must renew membership before the expiry date of membership to retain membership and bonus points valid. |
| 6. |
All gift items have no trail period and are not returnable. UA Cinemas is not the supplier of the gift vouchers, products and services, and therefore do not have any legal responsibility in respect of using gift vouchers, quality, design or format of products and services. |
| 7. |
No cancellation and alterations can be made once redemption has been applied. |
| 8. |
Member should read the terms and conditions listed on the movie coupons carefully before using. |
| 9. |
The complimentary ticket redeemed by bonus points are not applicable to movies with special engagement with film distributors. Members would need to bear the extra cost for movies with price adjustment. UA Cinemas reserves the right to postpone the use of complimentary ticket without prior notice. Please refer to the notice posted at UA Cinemas and website for information. |

Valid membership card must be presented to participate in bonus point scheme. |
| 11. |
All accumulated bonus points will be cancelled automatically once membership expired. |
| 12. |
UA Cinema Circuit Ltd. reserves all rights to suspend, amend and cancel the bonus point scheme and also reserve the final decision on all above terms and conditions. |

All terms & conditions will take Chinese as the criterion. |
Applicability of Membership |

UA LOYALTY CLUB membership card is applicable at all UA Cinemas in Hong Kong and Macau. |

| 1. |
Member can login to “Member Zone” to check bonus point information, expiry date, change member’s information /password and redemption item list. |
| 2. |
UA LOYALTY CLUB send email to notify members for latest promotion activities and offers |
Discount on Regular Priced Tickets & 20% discount offer on Concession Items |
| 1. |
10% discount for Regular members and 20% discount for Star members on regular-priced tickets, 10% discount for regular members and 15% discount for Star members on 3D movie tickets are not applicable at UA Cityplaza Director's Club, UA Galaxy Cinemas, UA iSQUARE Phoenix Club, other designated cinemas and telephone booking. |

Discounted price per ticket of regular cinema should not be lower than HK$40 (2D movie), HK$55 (3D movie) / HK$65 (IMAX 2D) / HK$75 (IMAX 3D). Ticket discount offer for regular movie ticket, 3D movie ticket and IMAX movie ticket are not applicable to house booking, bulk purchase and movies with special engagement with film distributors. |

10% discount on regular-priced tickets for Regular members have no limitation on the number of tickets. 20% discount on regular-priced tickets for Star members can purchase for maximum 4 tickets. Discounted ticket price will be rounded up to the nearest integer. The number of bonus point is based on the actual transaction amount after discount.
10% and 20% ticket discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with cash coupons, UA Cinemas movie vouchers or any other promotion offers.

Ticket discount is not applicable on service charge for online ticketing.
10% discount for Regular and Star members on concession at UA Galaxy. It is not applicable to designated items.

Concession discount cannot be used with any other promotion at UA concession counter and not applicable to designated items.

Complimentary birthday ticket are not applicable to all VIP Houses (include:Director's Club at UA Cityplaza and UA Galaxy Cinemas, Phoenix House at UA iSQUARE), other designated cinemas, house booking , morning show, Senior/Student/Children tickets and movies with special engagement with film distributors, online and telephone booking. Conjunction with cash coupons,UA Cinemas movie vouchers or any other promotion offers.

Star member's ticket buy 1 get 1 coupon are not applicable to all IMAX Houses, all VIP Houses (include:Director's Club at UA Cityplaza and UA Galaxy Cinemas, Phoenix House at UA iSQUARE), other designated cinemas, house booking , morning show, Senior/Student/Children tickets, digital 3D movies and movies with special engagement with film distributors, online and telephone booking.
